What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and align them with effective learning solutions.
- Provide consultative advice on learning interventions, methodologies, and procurement strategies.
- Manage end-to-end deployment of learning programs from budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Build trusted relationships across the organization to ensure learning supports company culture and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
- Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions.
- Stay current on learning trends and apply best practices to drive innovation.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience applying learning principles and conducting needs analysis.
- Strong knowledge of learning interventions and adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and precision.
- Business and financial acumen to manage budgets and contracts.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with organizational development and blended learning design (e-learning, VILT, ILT).
Project management skills and global team experience.
