We’re looking for a Learning Consultant who thrives on building strong relationships, solving challenges, and delivering impactful learning experiences. In this role, you’ll partner with a leading client to deploy innovative, off-the-shelf learning programs that empower employees and drive business success.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and align them with effective learning solutions.
• Provide consultative advice on learning interventions, methodologies, and procurement strategies.
• Manage end-to-end deployment of learning programs from budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Build trusted relationships across the organization to ensure learning supports company culture and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
• Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions.
• Stay current on learning trends and apply best practices to drive innovation.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience applying learning principles and conducting needs analysis.
• Strong knowledge of learning interventions and adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and precision.
• Business and financial acumen to manage budgets and contracts.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with organizational development and blended learning design (e-learning, VILT, ILT).
Project management skills and global team experience.
