Role Summary
We are looking for a people-first organizer and data storyteller to join our team. The L&D Associate will be the operational backbone of our training programs, bridging logistics, data, and the learner experience. You'll ensure every learner feels supported, and you'll measure the real-world impact of our culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination & Logistics: Own the training calendar, schedule workshops, manage invites, and handle pre- and post-training communications.
- Learner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and organized experience from enrollment to completion.
- Learning Management System: Manage LMS, ensure course libraries are up-to-date and accessible.
- Data Analysis & Impact Measurement: Track attendance, completion rates, and feedback scores; analyze training data to measure behavioral change and ROI; create monthly dashboards using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to present trends and insights to leadership.
- Content Creation & Visual Storytelling: Design visually engaging training decks, one-pagers, and learning guides; assist in creating bite-sized e-learning content or job aids.
- Learner Feedback & Follow-up: Gather qualitative feedback, understand learner struggles and needs, and follow up to nudge behavioral changes respectfully.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in HR, L&D, or a rigorous Administrative/Coordinator role.
- Tech Stack: Excel wizard (clean data) and PowerPoint artist (visually communicate complex ideas).
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and a persuasive, empathetic approach to encouraging training participation.
- Organization: Obsessive attention to detail and strong calendar management.
