Job Summary
Position Overview
We are hiring for a full-time on-site Executive Training role based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (13D-1). The selected candidate will support our training and development efforts by identifying learning needs, designing instructional content, and developing training modules and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training requirements and support in designing customized training programs.
- Develop interactive eLearning content using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to align content with defined learning goals.
- Create, edit, and integrate multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, audio, and animations to enhance engagement.
- Design evaluations and quizzes to assess knowledge retention and course effectiveness.
- Ensure compatibility of content across various devices and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Perform thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and functionality of training modules.
- Stay current with trends and new tools in eLearning and instructional design.
- Gather feedback from relevant stakeholders and incorporate improvements into training content.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs and recommend enhancements based on performance data.
Who Can Apply:
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
