Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support for the Learning & Development Department.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in tasks relating to the running and creation of the L&D Plan

Develop, maintain and produce reports from the L&D database and other sources as required.

Seek, evaluate and liaise with training providers as required
-
Collate, summarise and analyse participant feedback for training and CPD events
-
Provide assistance to DFSA employees regarding L&D, including booking of international logistics.

Arrange exam registrations where appropriate

Arrange logistics for PD sessions and other CPD events
-
Administer the LMS and monitor usage / achievement levels

Provide administrative support with National Development programmes, including media releases and/or event management co-ordination to continuously promote and enhance the Programme’s reputation.

Provide administrative assistance with graduate recruitment and internships including liaising with recruitment providers, assessment test providers and attending career fairs.

Assist Associates with administrative requests related to the Graduate Programme.

Coach and provide ad hoc Power Point support to administrative staff

Assist in administrative tasks including room set up, room booking, ordering stationery

Ensure technical smooth running of the Graduate training sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
-
Education to University (bachelor’s level) and/or relevant professional qualification.
-
Professional qualifications in Human Resources or training preferred.
Minimum Experience:
-
3-5 years’ experience in an L&D or HR Administrative role.

Design and development of training material

Manage, structure and organise high volume material

Organise and manage formal learning events
-
Document production including creation of Power Point presentations, training materials and artifacts.
