In this high-impact role, you will be at the forefront of developing the next generation of Treasury Services professionals. As a Learning & Development Operations Trainer, you will design innovative training solutions that directly support the Savings Bond Service program.
This position offers a unique opportunity to combine instructional design expertise with operational excellence. You will work at the intersection of public service and professional development, ensuring our customer service representatives possess the specialized knowledge and skills required to serve American savers with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
As a Learning & Development Operations Trainer, you will transform complex regulatory requirements and case examination procedures into engaging, accessible learning experiences that empower our Treasury Services teams to excel in serving the American public.
Consult and Assess: Partner with operational functions to identify training needs, analyze performance gaps, and recommend effective, scalable solutions that align with business objectives
Design and Deliver: Develop and deliver dynamic training programs using multiple modalities—eLearning, virtual instructor-led sessions, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching—utilizing industry-leading instructional design standards
Manage Learning Systems: Coordinate training schedules and resources using Learning Management Systems and digital platforms while maintaining accurate records and up-to-date content libraries
Evaluate and Improve: Monitor participant progress through assessments and feedback mechanisms; continuously refine course content, delivery methods, and overall program effectiveness based on data-driven insights
Innovate and Lead: Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies; proactively identify opportunities to leverage innovative solutions that enhance training effectiveness and operational outcomes
Coordinate Resources: Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality standards and successful program delivery across the organization

Additional Information:
The full salary range is $52,000-$64,964-$78,000 ($62,800-$78,450-$94,100). The expected starting salary range is $70,000-$82,000. Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
