Role Overview
We’re looking for an L&D Solutions Consultant who can lead client conversations, understand learning needs, and shape them into high-quality, compelling proposals. If you enjoy combining strategy, communication, and learning design, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design workshop modules with structured flow, exercises, frameworks, and engaging activities.
- Develop detailed e-booklets covering program concepts, genesis, case studies, and applications.
- Create engaging games and simulations based on client briefs. Manage participant engagement on platforms like WhatsApp, creating relevant content and community.
- Manage end-to-end client conversations, understanding needs and converting them into project briefs.
- Craft comprehensive proposals with iterative client feedback and adjustments.
- Collaborate to design learning strategies, curriculum, and materials.
- Support delivery of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to meet learning objectives.
- Skilled in Canva for creating content like carousel posts, PowerPoint presentations, and mini-videos. Write thought leadership articles and scripts for social media platforms.
- Conduct research on learning and development trends, training methodologies, and best practices.
- Provide administrative support for learning projects, including scheduling and logistics coordination.
What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years of experience in L&D, HR consulting, or client-facing roles in training/communication.
- Strong skills in writing, structuring proposals, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to think conceptually, organize information logically, and work across teams.
- Familiarity with learning design is a plus; design tool experience (Canva, PowerPoint) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
