Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging and impactful digital learning solutions aligned with business and learner needs.
  • Use agile development processes and tools to create interactive content, such as e-learning modules, infographics, animations, simulations, assessments, microlearnings, and learning games.
  • Ensure all training content adheres to technical specifications, brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with learning teams and multiple stakeholders to manage large-scale learning projects from concept to delivery.
  • Consistently produce high-quality learning solutions while maintaining project timelines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proven experience in designing and developing digital learning content using modern instructional design methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, balancing creative agility with structured project execution.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trends and innovations in e-learning, particularly the use of AI in learning.
  • Experience in designing engaging, learner-centered interventions—not just traditional page-turner courses.
  • Commitment to continuous learning in educational technology, adult learning theory, and learning design best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
