Learning Experience Specialist - Esthetics

We are seeking a Learning Experience Specialist with a background in Esthetics education. This position will contribute to a broad range of ways to engage individuals internally and externally, identify challenges and design and deliver solutions, while driving sales through in field and virtual trainings and client meetings.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Facilitate customer training virtually and in person.
• Collaborate with all departments and levels of the organization to design and execute recommendations for product development and optimization.
• Maintains a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of Pivot Point educational offerings, including our online learning platform, curriculum materials, and educational hair and tool offerings.
• Develop and coordinate customer training needs and resources.
• Assist in the development of training seminars and materials.
• Provide product and tool recommendations to support customer needs.
• Support customer challenges with online learning platform and educator resource support.
• Determine and direct customer requests and support needs to the appropriate internal support team.
• Support social media initiatives, connect with instructors through groups such as Facebook.
• Candidates should have the ability to travel via air and car up to 30%, often at weekends.

What you bring to Pivot Point International:

• An active Esthetics educator license in good standing.
• At least 3 years in an educational role within the beauty industry.
• Community college or high school program instructional experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, and Adobe.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Great organizational and time management abilities.
• Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
