Learning Operations Associate

Location: Hyderabad, India

About the Role

As a Learning Operations Associate, you will support the daily operations of the Learning team, assisting in training coordination, customer onboarding, and administrative processes. You will help ensure that training programs run smoothly by managing communications, organizing schedules, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate data. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

    • Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to training-related emails from vendors, customers, and internal teams promptly and professionally, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalation when needed.
    • Scheduling Support: Assist in coordinating virtual and in-person training sessions by managing trainer calendars, sending invitations, and confirming attendance.
    • Customer Support: Provide registration information and basic assistance for SprintRay University (SRU) training programs, ensuring a positive participant experience.
    • Data Entry & Tracking: Enter and update training orders, installation requests, and participant details accurately in the enterprise systems (Odoo/Salesforce) and internal trackers.
    • Reporting: Prepare basic weekly or monthly training summaries and reports under the guidance of the Learning Operations Specialist or Manager.
    • Vendor Coordination: Support communication with vendors and providers regarding training logistics, order confirmations, and follow-up tasks.
    • Sales Assistance: Help sales representatives with order lookups, training inquiries, and scheduling support.
    • Administrative Tasks: Maintain documentation, update shared resources, and support other departmental activities as assigned.
    • System Transition Support: Assist with data migration and testing during the transition between ERP systems (Odoo to Salesforce).
    • Assist with other tasks or projects as directed by the Learning Operations Specialist or Manager.
    • Demonstrate a strong customer service mindset and a desire to continuously improve processes and systems.


Required Qualifications

    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in administrative, training coordination, customer service, or related roles.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
      • Proficiency with email tools, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
      • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce) is a plus.
      • Willingness to work in the U.S. time zone.
    • Mindset: A proactive, service-oriented individual with a commitment to learning and teamwork.
