Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. The LSA will work closely with teachers to provide one-on-one or small-group support to students with additional learning needs, ensuring they can fully participate in classroom activities and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities tailored to students’ needs.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to children who require additional help.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
• Encourage and promote independence in students’ learning and daily activities.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate/diploma in education or special needs support is preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or special needs setting is an advantage.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to the needs of individual students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
