Learning Support Assistant (Private Families)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to work closely with a child in a private family setting in Dubai.

This role involves academic support, behavioral guidance, and developmental assistance, working alongside parents and professionals where required.

This is a part-time/flexible role, paid weekly at agreed-upon hourly rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to the child during learning activities
• Assist with focus, engagement, and structured routines
• Support basic academic development (reading, writing, numeracy)
• Implement behavioral strategies when required
• Work collaboratively with parents and follow guidance plans
• Maintain a positive, patient, and structured environment

Ideal Candidate

• Background in education, psychology, childcare, or special needs support
• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Shadow Teacher, or Teaching Assistant
• Strong communication and patience with children
• Understanding of ADHD, autism, or learning difficulties is a plus
• Based in Dubai or willing to commute
• Available for consistent weekly hours
