Learning Support Teacher

Pathways School Gurgaon is looking for a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Teacher to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Support students with diverse learning needs to help them achieve academic and personal growth.

• Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SEN team to plan and implement individual learning strategies.

• Conduct assessments and maintain student progress records.

• Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in Learning Support or Special Education (preferably in an IB/International curriculum).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Empathy, patience, and a student-centered approach.
