Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities

(Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, etc.)

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment processes

Hands-on experience in recruitment, training, performance management, and onboarding processes
-
Preferably experienced with Enocta (LMS)

Proficient in MS Office applications

Advanced level of English, capable of actively working with global candidates and international processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-developed presentation abilities

Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills

Job Description

Monitor the organization’s human resources needs and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar positions within scope

Review and evaluate internal and external applications; collaborate with relevant department managers to assess candidates based on job descriptions and competency requirements

Manage recruitment processes for international candidates and global hiring

Track onboarding processes through the system

Manage the collection, analysis, planning, reporting, and record-keeping of all mandatory, technical, and professional training activities

Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors for training planning; manage training catalog creation and scheduling processes
-
Contribute to the development and promotion of a learning organization culture
-
Support talent management processes such as potential assessments, career mapping, and succession planning
-
Ensure the preparation and implementation of the annual training plan and training calendar
-
Develop, implement, and monitor tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs
