Role: Learning Team Leader – Sales

Key Responsibilities
l Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Learning Sales Executives.
l Drive revenue through sales of learning programs, courses, mentorships, and educational subscriptions.
l Ensure achievement of individual and team targets related to enrollments, renewals, and upsells.
l Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and regular coaching sessions to improve conversions.
l Guide the team on consultative selling by understanding client learning needs and recommending suitable programs.
l Oversee learner onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction to ensure high completion and retention rates.
l Handle escalations related to learners, batches, mentors, and course expectations.
l Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including leads, conversions, revenue, and learner feedback.
l Coordinate with Product, Content, Marketing, and Support teams to improve learning offerings and delivery.
l Support training, scripting, pitch refinement, and continuous skill enhancement of the team.
l Generate referrals through strong learner relationships and service quality.
Skills & Requirements
l Strong understanding of stock markets, options trading, or financial learning products.
l 3–6 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in EdTech, BFSI, or FinTech.
l Minimum 1–2 years of experience handling a sales or learning advisory team.
l Proven ability to drive enrollments, revenue, and team performance.
l Excellent communication, presentation, and people-management skills.
l Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
l Customer- and learner-centric approach with consultative selling skills.

Compensation
