About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lease & Sale Manager to join our team and oversee both leasing and sales operations for residential and/or commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property leasing and sales performance, maximizing occupancy and revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient contract management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing & Tenant Acquisition
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract tenants and achieve occupancy targets. Bayt.com+2antal.com+2
  • Market available properties — including preparing listings, coordinating viewings, conducting presentations, and negotiating lease agreements. antal.com+2Velents+2
  • Conduct background checks or screening of prospective tenants (credit, references, etc.) when applicable, and ensure lease applications are properly processed. SmartRecruiters+1
  • Handle lease renewals, rent escalations, and lease terminations; manage lease documentation, approvals, and execution. antal.com+2NM Apartment Career Center+2
  • Property Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Market Analysis & Strategy
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on rental and sales market trends, competitor offerings, and demand–supply dynamics. Use insights to set competitive pricing and offer strategies. Bayt.com+2NM Apartment Career Center+2
  • Provide recommendations on pricing, promotions, and leasing/sales strategy to senior management. Bayt.com+1
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Customer Service & Tenant/Client Relations

  • Team Leadership & Coordination (If applicable)
