About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lease & Sale Manager to join our team and oversee both leasing and sales operations for residential and/or commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property leasing and sales performance, maximizing occupancy and revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Leasing & Tenant Acquisition

- Market available properties — including preparing listings, coordinating viewings, conducting presentations, and negotiating lease agreements. antal.com+2Velents+2
- Conduct background checks or screening of prospective tenants (credit, references, etc.) when applicable, and ensure lease applications are properly processed. SmartRecruiters+1

- Property Sales & Client Acquisition

- Market Analysis & Strategy

- Provide recommendations on pricing, promotions, and leasing/sales strategy to senior management. Bayt.com+1
- Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Customer Service & Tenant/Client Relations
