POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking to fill a Full Time Concession Store Manager position within our RODD & GUNN Concession at Macy's Herald Square.

The successful applicant must be experienced in fashion and retail management. You will present with a wealth of passion, energy, drive, and experience in the fashion industry.

In your new role you be the face of the brand converting lookers into buyers and maximizing the sales results, while managing day to day operations and visual merchandising standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Energetic and positive leader with passion for selling
• A proven retail background- men's fashion preferred
• Sales management experience overseeing one or more direct reports
• Department store experience highly regarded but not essential
• Working to KPIs and Targets
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment & think on your feet

YOU WILL NEED

• A “can do” attitude as a jack of all trades- willing to roll up your sleeves and be a part of all facets of the business in a new market
• Passion for delivering world class customer service as a story teller and relationship builder
• Hands-on experience with visual merchandising, creating engaging product displays that align with brand standards and drive customer interest
• Proficient in organizing and maintaining stockrooms, ensuring efficient inventory flow to the sales floor
• Experienced in processing shipments accurately and promptly, supporting both back-of-house and front-of-house operations
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and by yourself
• High standard of grooming and personal presentation
