Leasing Agent

• The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing the leasing process for residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the company with professionalism.
• Key Responsibilities
• Promote and lease available properties in accordance with company standards
• Conduct property tours and provide accurate information to prospective tenants
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare documentation in compliance with legal requirements
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and client communications
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with tenants and property owners
