• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants

• Handling rent collections and processing maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Conducting market surveys to ensure competitive pricing and maximizing occupancy

• Screening applicants and executing lease agreements

Requirements:
