Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about rental properties
- Screen and qualify prospective tenants by conducting background checks and verifying income
- Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Collect rent payments and handle tenant inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling vendors and contractors
- Maintain accurate records of rental units, leases, and tenant interactions
- Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and manage tenant relationships
Qualifications:
- Three to five years experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities to secure lease agreements with prospective tenants
- Proficient in using computer software for administrative tasks, including data entry and file management
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- At least two years of college education
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
- After hours by appointment only
