Leasing Agent – 60% Commission

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Dubai rental market. This is a commission-based role offering up to 60% commission, suitable for agents who can independently manage tenants, landlords, and leasing transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle tenant inquiries and company-generated leads
• Market rental properties on portals and social platforms
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations
• Close leasing deals and renewals
• Coordinate with landlords and tenants
• Prepare offers, tenancy contracts, and Ejari documents
• Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up records
• Achieve monthly leasing targets

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Ejari and tenancy procedures
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and customer-focused
• Professional and presentable
• English required (additional languages a plus)
• UAE driving license is an advantage
