Leasing Agent for Los Angeles Apartments- Licensed agents only

Looking for leasing agent for apartment units. Real Estate license required. Must have experience with sales/leasing/apartments/real estate to apply.

MUST HAVE:

-Your own car and be willing to travel around the city. Most properties in South LA and North East LA

-Be available for showings throughout the day as well as evenings and on the weekends

-Smart phone with data plan to answer emails on the go

-Laptop/computer to post ads/listings

-Comfortable posting ads on Craigslist/MLS/other listing websites

-Must be available to answer calls/emails throughout the day, and be responsive

-Experience with section 8 contracts a plus

Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
