Duties and Responsibilities

· Handle rental inquiries from clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person

· Develop property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market

· Listing and marketing properties for rent

· Negotiating offers and contracts negotiation

· Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

Requirements

· Must have at least 1year Real Estate experience or any field of sales experience

· Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

· Ability to achieve Leasing targets

· Ability to work independently and as a Team

· Highly motivated and goal-orientated

· Strong negotiation and communication skills

· Have Drivers Licence

· Good English

· Sales Experience – Any sales expedience
