About Casa2stay LLC and Position Summary
Casa2stay LLC owns and operates a well-maintained apartment portfolio in and around Louisville. As a result of recent growth, we are hiring a full-time Leasing Agent who can provide residents and prospects with excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will play an active role in all aspects of our business, but primary responsibilities are centered around coordinating tours, reviewing applications, and leasing apartments. This role may be performed from home with occasional trips to properties in the Louisville and surrounding area. The Leasing Agent will occasionally communicate with prospects outside of normal weekday business hours to ensure apartments are leased in a timely manner and leads are not lost.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all leasing activities
- Attract and educate new residents
- Ensure each listing has up-to-date property information and high quality photos
- Coordinate showings and lease apartments to prospective residents
- Review applications and elevate to Property Manager for further review if necessary
- Handle existing resident renewals
- Review rental rates and recommend/implement changes based on market demand
- Schedule and complete intro and exit walkthroughs with residents
- Identify turnover repairs, cleaning, and improvements ahead of all scheduled move-outs
- Coordinate turnovers and relocation of lock boxes with Property Manager and Maintenance to ensure work is completed with minimal downtime
- Determine deposit deductions and submit deposit claims/refunds to Property Manager for review
- Answer incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner and handle according to the type of inquiry
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints (as requested to support Property Manager)
- Assist with make-ready duties such as light cleaning, to ensure a positive new resident experience
- Identify maintenance issues and needed common area improvements and work with Property Manager and maintenance team to execute
- Communicate with residents about late rent (as requested to support Property Manager)
- Assist the Property Manager with various property and administrative duties

- Highly responsive to texts, email, and phone calls
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve unique problems
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation is $41,600 annualized
- 17 Days Paid Time Off: 10 days vacation/sick and 7 Holidays Paid Time Off (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)
