Role Description

The Leasing and Admin Specialist (full-time, on-site in Doha, Qatar) is responsible for overseeing the full leasing cycle, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, processing applications, and coordinating move-in/move-out processes. Key tasks include preparing and managing lease agreements, verifying tenant documentation, and negotiating lease terms. This role also involves tracking lease renewals, handling lease terminations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant property regulations.

In addition to leasing activities, the role requires administrative support, including maintaining tenant records, preparing reports, coordinating property maintenance requests, and ensuring timely communications with tenants regarding lease terms, renewals, and maintenance updates.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of leasing and property regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in property management or real estate is preferred
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or a related field
