Leasing and Marketing Consultant - Apartment Community

Established Property Management Company is looking to hire a Leasing Professional who shares our vision of excellent customer care and professionalism for our Premiere Apartment Community located in Troy, MI.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

· Lease apartments to prospective residents

· Process Applications for Leases

· Prepare leases and complete lease signings

· Answer phones, provide customer service to residents

· Assist Property Manager on day to day responsibilities.

· Applicant must be highly motivated, organized, energetic and be able to provide excellent customer service.

· This is a full-time position including some Saturdays.

· Computer knowledge is necessary. Knowledge of AppFolio software program is a plus.
