Part-time and Compensation:
10 to 20 hours per week

We are a franchisee of Sola Salons serving multiple markets in the Southeast. We are the 2nd largest franchisee in the system with 58 locations. We have an aggressive growth strategy. We operate 17 locations in Florida (and growing).
Business:
Sola Salons is a facility operator which provides turnkey one- and two-chair salon studios for beauty professionals. A typical location has 30 to 40 salon studios. Sola Salons’ tenants are not employees, but rather independent business owners. Sola Salons’ focus is on delivering the best salon environment to highly dedicated beauty professionals who desire to own their own businesses. We support the success of these stylists by providing a support community which is focused on allowing each beauty professional to express her creativity, enhance the client experience and own her success.
Leasing and Marketing Manager Overview:
The Leasing and Marketing Manager participates in a range of leasing and marketing activities. The position requires a combination of engaging with beauty professionals, office time, and driving between multiple locations. Sola Salons is a service business which operates in a B2B environment where we empower our tenants (beauty professionals) to grow successful businesses.
Our success is based on leasing studios to long term tenants who love running their businesses at our locations. The Leasing and Marketing Manager will perform duties such as leasing studios, building our brand across the market, and delivering a high level of support and service to prospective and current tenants.
The Leasing and Marketing Manager is responsible for working with the General Manager in executing the sales and marketing plan, including: touring and leasing studios, creating social media content, hosting open houses, coordinating education and industry events, promoting parties and activities, networking with industry partners, and building relationships to maximize tenant retention.
Experience and Career Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a strong desire to support our team and our tenants is preferred. Experience in the beauty or salon industry is not required. Strong interpersonal skills are required – and a philosophy of service. Retail, hospitality, sales, marketing and general work experience are welcome.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate: ability to tour and sign prospective tenants, success delivering high quality services and support; Microsoft Windows skills; social media skills (e.g., Facebook/Instagram); and attention to detail and multi-tasking.
Success will be measured in your ability to add-value to the General Manager, lease vacant studios, foster relationships with our tenants leading to high retention, exhibit a commitment to excellence and generate excitement in our programs and initiatives.
