Leasing and Marketing Manager

We are hiring a senior leasing and marketing leader to oversee leasing performance, pricing strategy, and demand generation across a multifamily portfolio.

This role is for someone who understands that leasing is both sales and systems — and that marketing only works if the product, pricing, and execution are aligned. You should be comfortable owning results, coaching teams, and using data to drive smarter decisions.

Core ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Leasing Leadership

  • Own leasing performance across all properties from lead intake through executed lease
  • Establish clear expectations, structure, and accountability for on-site leasing teams
  • Review weekly leasing metrics and identify gaps in conversion, follow-up, or execution
  • Conduct regular property visits to assess leasing quality, product readiness, and sales process
  • Lead structured, recurring performance calls with leasing staff

Pricing, Renewals & Market Intelligence

  • Perform ongoing market comp analysis (pricing, concessions, finishes, amenities, positioning)
  • Partner with leadership to set pricing strategy and renewal guidance
  • Balance occupancy, revenue growth, and retention through data-backed decisions

Marketing Strategy & Lead Quality

  • Review all listings and advertising weekly for accuracy, quality, and effectiveness
  • Improve ad copy, imagery, and positioning to attract stronger leads
  • Monitor ILS performance and marketing spend; adjust budgets based on ROI
  • Track traffic, source performance, and conversion metrics
  • Utilize technology and AI-driven tools to increase visibility and lead quality

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure lease applications are reviewed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain clean, reliable reporting on traffic, move-ins, move-outs, and velocity
  • Coordinate with property management to minimize downtime and vacancy
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements across leasing workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of multifamily leasing experience
  • At least 2 years in a leasing leadership or management role
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Market comps and pricing strategy
  • Renewals and revenue optimization
  • ILS platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Comfortable analyzing data and translating it into action
  • Confident leader who can coach, direct, and hold teams accountable
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Experience with property management systems
  • Clear communicator with a strong ownership mindset

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
