Job Description:
The Leasing Associate supports the Leasing team with a primary focus on marketing execution, broker and tenant relationships, and market intelligence. This role is highly outward-facing and plays a key part in positioning the portfolio, supporting deal sourcing, and ensuring the Leasing team is well-informed on market conditions and competitive activity.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Leasing Support
- Assist in the development and execution of leasing marketing initiatives across the portfolio
- Prepare and update marketing materials, offering memoranda, presentations, and property fact sheets
- Maintain accurate and current listings across brokerage platforms and internal systems
- Coordinate photography, floor plans, signage, and other marketing collateral
- Leverage social media platforms and AI-driven tools to support leasing and marketing efforts, including creating content, analyzing engagement metrics, identifying prospective tenants, and enhancing outreach strategies to drive visibility and deal flow
Broker & Tenant Relationships
- Serve as a point of contact for external brokers and prospective tenants
- Respond to leasing inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
- Coordinate property tours, meetings, and site visits with brokers, tenants, and internal teams
- Support ongoing broker relationships through regular communication, updates, and outreach
Market Intelligence & Research
- Track market activity including comparable deals, availabilities, rental rates, and concessions
- Maintain market intel databases and summary reports for internal use
- Assist with competitive property analysis and submarket reporting
- Monitor industry trends, tenant movements, and notable transactions
Deal & Team Support
- Support leasing executives with deal tracking, pipeline reporting, and follow-up
- Assist with preparation of deal summaries and internal presentations
- Coordinate internal meetings and leasing-related events as needed
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of direct leasing or brokerage experience with demonstrated involvement in tenant sourcing and deal negotiation
- Existing relationships with retailers, brokers, or local market participants preferred
- Ability to independently manage prospect outreach, tours, and initial deal discussions
- Working knowledge of lease terms, site selection criteria, and retail merchandising strategy
- Strong sales mindset with ability to drive deals forward and close transactions
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals/pipelines simultaneously
- Ability to conduct market research, compile lease comps, and analyze competitive properties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
