Leasing & Commercial Sales

Position Summary:

A Commercial Sales professional is responsible for driving revenue growth through leasing exclusive projects and managing primary (off-plan) sales. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy and sales performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful promotion of the company’s developments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to achieve company targets.

• Handle the leasing of exclusive projects from prospecting to contract closure.

• Manage primary sales (off-plan projects) by promoting properties directly from developers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with tenants, landlords, investors, and buyers.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and leasing/sales offers.

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to secure profitable transactions.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client demands.

• Generate regular reports on sales and leasing performance, forecasts, and pipeline.

• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and roadshows.


Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Proven track record in commercial leasing and primary sales.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

• Target-driven with the ability to deliver results in competitive markets.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
