Leasing Consultant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a career in property management and real estate. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be on the front lines of resident relations, playing a key role in welcoming new residents, maintaining occupancy goals, and contributing to the overall success of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage prospective residents, providing tours and highlighting the benefits of our community.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Manage the leasing process, from application to move-in.
• Assist with marketing and resident retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management on occupancy goals and property success.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in the real estate industry.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Customer service experience preferred; real estate or leasing experience a plus (but not required).
• Eagerness to learn from senior team members and take initiative in career development.
