We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to play a key role in shaping the resident experience—providing friendly, helpful guidance from the initial tour to move-in and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

  • Tour prospective residents around available apartments, highlighting all the great features and amenities.
  • Share knowledge about pricing, floor plans, specials, and nearby attractions.
  • Make every tour memorable by taking the scenic route and helping prospects envision life here.
  • Complete guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare move-in packets and walk new residents through their apartment on move-in day.
  • Process lease renewals and help residents with questions or service requests.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with prospects and residents.
  • Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with the team to get things resolved.
  • Assist with rent collections and other payments.
  • Inspect models, vacant apartments, and common areas daily to ensure they’re spotless and welcoming.
  • Touch up cleaning in the office and clubhouse when needed.
  • Monitor the property’s curb appeal and report any issues promptly.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws (or willingness to learn!)
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and a polished, professional appearance
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $17.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Education and/or Experience

High school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer skills; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
