Leasing Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Calicut commercial market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and hands-on experience in leasing corporate and retail spaces for corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and engage potential tenants for commercial and retail spaces.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and property consultants.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on rental trends and competitor activities in the Calicut region.
• Prepare and present property proposals and leasing options to clients.
• Negotiate lease terms and ensure smooth execution of lease agreements.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and facility teams for documentation and handover processes.
• Maintain updated records of leads, negotiations, and leasing activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial or retail space leasing, preferably in Calicut.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
• Pleasant personality and a customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of local market trends and existing brand networks is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
