We are looking for a Leasing Consultant for our residential community located in Arlington Heights, IL. The ideal candidate is someone who will enhance the value of our residential asset by providing an exceptional experience to our residents, vendors, employees and owner. We need a frontline leaser to generate traffic, tour guests, provide exceptional customer service, and close sales. If you are a dynamic, outgoing, organized professional with strong sales and marketing skills than this may be the opportunity for you. Pay range: $19/hr - $21/hr

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales
  • A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
  • Must be available to work Saturdays.

Your Contributions

  • Set leasing and marketing strategy.
  • Take responsibility for curb appeal and leasing of the community.
  • Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects.
  • Walk unit and ensure that apartment is move-in ready.
  • Stay informed of the surrounding market, community amenities and floor plan available
  • Complete applications and lease/renewal documents
  • Assist management with resident relations.
  • Maintain daily and weekly leasing reports.
  • Analyze market trends and shop competition to identify changing market conditions.
  • Any other duties that may be required per TLC policies.
