Position Overview
As a Leasing Agent, you will be the welcoming face of Rivercreek, guiding prospective residents through their journey of discovering our community. You’ll combine hospitality, sales expertise, and brand storytelling to create memorable experiences that embody the River Creek lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident Engagement: Greet prospects warmly, conduct property tours, and highlight features that align with their lifestyle needs.
- Sales Excellence: Achieve leasing goals through consultative selling, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Administrative Precision: Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
- Brand Representation: Communicate River Creek’s luxury identity across all touchpoints—tours, emails, calls, and events.
- Community Support: Assist with resident events, contribute to social media storytelling, and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
- Collaboration: Partner with the property manager and team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service (luxury or lifestyle-focused preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to balance sales goals with genuine resident care.
- Tech-savvy with property management software (Rent Manager experience a plus).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
