Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based
Salary: AED 1,500 + 50% Commission + Metro Recharge
Team Requirement: 4 Leasing Agents (Rentals Division)
Visa Requirement: Candidate must hold a UAE Valid Visa with minimum 3 months validity
Business Target on Visa: AED 20,000

Liventra Properties is expanding! We are looking for energetic, driven, and professional Leasing Agents to join our dynamic Secondary & Rentals Division. Requirements

✔ Minimum 3*-6 months UAE Real Estate experience* in Secondary or Leasing market
✔ Freshers with strong sales & negotiation skills are welcome
✔ Excellent English communication; multilingual candidates preferred
Languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Persian, Turkish, French, Hindi, Urdu are an advantage
✔ Ability to deal professionally with HNW & corporate clients
✔ Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, portals, RERA rental procedures
✔ UAE Driving License is a plus
✔ Must hold UAE Valid Visa with at least 3 months remaining
