Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for our market rate communities (150 units) in the Portland, ME area!

Job Requirements:

-Answer all incoming calls, emails, and give tours to all walk-in traffic.

-Generating new traffic through the use of Craigslist, social media, outreach, networking events, and the use of locators/brokers.

-Responsible for weekly traffic reports, monthly comp study reports, and other office needs.

-Complete lease files, background checks, processing applications, move-in day orientation, and other needs around the office with resident files.

-Help with organizing and executing resident and prospect events.

-Help ensuring that the model and tour area are clean and ready for tours.

Skills & Experience:

-High school diploma (preferably college diploma)

-Experience working with Yardi

-Team oriented

-Attention to detail

Schedule:

-TUESDAY-SATURDAY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
