Leasing Consultant

You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads
  • Assist with pre-leasing; this includes communicating with current and future residents, participating in promotional events, working with the Community Manager to build relationships with the local college, etc.
  • Solve problems by overcoming objections
  • Lease apartments and use the tools and resources available to close the sale
  • Support other team members by assisting them as needed

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things:

  • Lead Conversion
  • Customer Fulfillment

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:

  • Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal
  • Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%
  • Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month
