Role Overview:
We are looking for hungry, ambitious, and driven individuals who want to earn big and grow fast. If you are confident in sales, disciplined, and ready to work in a commission-only structure this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for rental properties across Dubai
• Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
• Build strong relationships with landlords and clients
• List and promote properties on portals and social media
• Negotiate rental agreements and close deals
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong sales mindset and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a “hunter” mentality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Real estate experience is a plus (training will be provided)
• UAE driving license is an advantage
