Meadow Ridge Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Dothan Apartment Complex

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and helping residents find the perfect apartment home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents
• Process rental applications and leasing paperwork
• Maintain leasing records and occupancy data
• Provide excellent resident customer service
• Assist with marketing and leasing promotions
• Maintain knowledge of apartment availability and pricing

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to walk property and show apartments
