What You’ll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life every day by:
- Providing an exceptional tour experience
- Screening applicants using qualification standards
- Achieving a 33%+ conversion rate from prospect to resident
- Maintaining a cheerful, professional demeanor
- Ensuring a polished personal and office presentation
- Creating an inviting and positive first impression
- Sharing fresh ideas and contributing to team solutions
- Participating in resident events and retention programs
- Helping build a community that residents are proud to call home
- Executing off-site and digital marketing activities
- Assisting in strategic marketing plans to attract new residents
Who You Are
You’re outgoing, attentive, and passionate about helping people find their next home.
- Have 1+ year of experience in leasing, customer service, or sales (preferred)
- Are an excellent communicator — bilingual is a plus!
- Bring creativity, initiative, and strong follow-through
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
