Leasing Consultant

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and people-focused Leasing Consultant to join our residential community team. In this role, you'll be the first impression for prospective residents — guiding them through tours, answering questions, and helping them find a place they're proud to call home. What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and follow up with prospective residents throughout the leasing process
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner
• Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and assist with move-in coordination
• Maintain accurate records in property management software and update availability daily
• Support resident retention efforts and deliver excellent customer service to current residents
• Assist with marketing efforts including social media, signage, and outreach events
• Partner with the on-site team to ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained community

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing role (property management experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're comfortable talking to anyone
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on property location
