Leasing Consultant
We’re looking for someone who brings energy into a room, someone people naturally connect with. The kind of person residents remember after a tour.
If people would describe you as electric, engaging, fun, and easy to talk to, you’ll do very well here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Touring prospective residents and creating an experience, not just showing an apartment
- Following up with leads and converting them into leases
- Answering calls, texts, and emails with urgency and personality
- Assisting with applications, approvals, and lease paperwork
- Keeping your pipeline organized and actively moving
- Traveling between properties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A true people person you enjoy talking to others and it shows
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong presence
- Someone who is captivating and confident, not robotic or scripted
- Naturally organized and able to keep track of leads and follow-ups
- Leasing experience is a plus, but not required
- Customer service, sales, or hospitality backgrounds tend to do very well in this role

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
