Duties
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the units.
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including application processing and lease signing.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant applications and leasing activities through data entry.
- Track property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Negotiate lease terms with potential tenants while adhering to legal guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet leasing standards.
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitive properties to effectively promote our offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property leasing or property management is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Knowledge of relevant laws governing property leasing and tenant rights.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
