Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments

Ensure that model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings

Conduct and report market surveys

Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements

Promote the community through marketing efforts such as Craigslist and other platforms

Assist with resident retention and engagement programs

Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate

Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents

Willingness to complete online training courses

Availability to work two to three Saturdays per month
