Leasing Consultant - BI-LINGUAL

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants. **Duties:** - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features of the property - Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person - Process lease applications and conduct credit and background checks - Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately - Assist with move-in/move-out procedures and inspections - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and follow up with prospects - Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance tenant experience **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in property leasing or real estate administration preferred - Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus - Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to leasing agreements - Understanding of facilities management principles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
