Overview

​We are currently hiring a full-time, bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Consultant. The ideal candidate should have previous leasing experience or a strong customer service background, along with a friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. Duties

• Greet prospective tenants warmly, answer inquiries, and guide them through the leasing process in both English and Spanish
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to upsell available units effectively
• Manage leasing documentation, including contracts, applications, and legal forms such as Fair Housing regulations and Landlord-tenant law compliance
• Utilize property management software OneSite for data entry, lease processing, and record keeping
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure property readiness and address resident needs promptly
• Handle conflict management tactfully while maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
