Leasing Consultant (Floating)

We’re seeking a Residential Leasing Consultant who brings warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism to everything they do. This role is ideal for someone with a people-first, customer-service mindset, who’s flexible, creative, and driven to help. At Continental Properties, leasing is more than just closing—it’s about being part of a team that makes our community feel like home.

The ideal candidate must be available to work Saturday and Sunday as a potential part of their regular weekly schedule. Weekends are among our busiest times, and it is essential that we have dependable coverage to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and lease luxury apartment homes
  • Respond to phone and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule and conduct property tours for prospects
  • Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases
  • Maximize lease renewals through consistent and positive communication
  • Support resident retention efforts and follow up on service or community concerns
  • Maintain and post to social media
  • Assist with resident events and community activities
  • Handle administrative tasks, including lease processing, rent collection, and office management
  • Respond to and follow up on maintenance requests
  • Uphold property policies and assist with conflict resolution
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused, and resident-centric atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability to work Saturday & Sunday as part of your regular schedule
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience (prior leasing experience preferred)
  • Experience with Yardi and Rent Café is highly desirable but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of professionalism, adaptability, and dependability
  • Tech-savvy with skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • A genuine desire to contribute, help others, and be part of a dynamic team
