At SouthCoast Properties, our leasing consultants work inbound leads only — renters who are already looking, already interested, and just need someone to guide them home. Your job is to follow up fast, show the property well, and close the application. We handle the marketing. You handle the people.

If you're motivated, coachable, and good with people, we'll teach you everything else.

What the job actually looks like

You'll spend your days responding to inquiries, scheduling showings across the Savannah area, following up with prospects, and walking applicants through the leasing process. It's fast-paced and performance-driven — but you'll have structure, support, and a team behind you.

This is a real sales role. The candidates who thrive here are competitive, organized, and don't let leads go cold.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $14–$18/hr depending on experience

• At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience (required)
• Strong communicator who follows up without being told
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable with a performance-based environment
• Local to the Savannah area
