Leasing Executive

We are hiring - Leasing Executive (Abu Dhabi)

Providential Properties Management is expanding!
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Leasing Executive to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all leasing inquiries and provide accurate property information to clients
• Conduct property viewings and coordinate with landlords and tenants
• Negotiate lease terms professionally to close deals efficiently
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Prepare tenancy contracts and follow up on renewals and documentation
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to team performance

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in leasing or real estate (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus
