Leasing Executive

A Leasing Executive is responsible for promoting, marketing, and leasing residential, commercial, or retail properties while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote available properties through advertising, social media, and property listings
• Conduct property tours and explain leasing terms to prospective tenants
• Respond to tenant inquiries and follow up on leads
• Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms
• Prepare leasing documents and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• Ensure occupancy targets are achieved
• Build and maintain positive tenant relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:
